Breakthrough as subsidy approval takes away pain in pocket for vital drugs – Gold Coast Sun – October 28, 2014

Following last Sunday’s (October 26, 2014) announcement by the Federal Health Minister, The Hon Peter Dutton MP that the “miracle drug” Soliris will be listed on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) from December 1, 2014, patients currently accessing the treatment through the manufacturer’s compassionate access scheme will continue to receive Soliris up until the official listing date.
